Durga Puja for us but not for them’
Only 65 days are left. Celebration has already started. People are buying clothes, shoes, cosmetics etc. Because everyone wants to look good on those four days. There are many who starts their shopping plan immediately after Vijaya Dashami. Bengalis have waited for one year for only those four days – Saptami, Ashtami, Navami, Dashami. Not only Bengalis, you can say the entire world has waited for this special occasion. Pandals hopping is one of the best activities during this celebration. It is very enjoyable to see such decorated “pandals” which is made with Bamboo, colorful clothes and canvas and beautiful goddess of Ma Durga. Where the eyes can go only crowd and crowd. Lights are glittering all around the streets. People are busy to eat street foods like” Fuchka”, Egg role, chowmin etc. Restaurants are full of crowd. Streets are busy with cars and vehicles. This type of scenario is always seen during this festival. Although there are many, for those this festival is a like any other season of the year. Wearing torn clothes, with empty stomach and living under the sky watching people buying their new clothes and eating pizza and burgers, they only imagine that how to live with this empty stomach. For those people Durga puja is like spreading salts on their wounds. It is very heart rending to see puny children with empty stomach watching every other people enjoying their expensive foods. Standing in front of the glass doors watching people celebrating their big celebration. But for them it is like a real reality show of life. Though in these anguishes they have learned how to live with empty stomach, how to live this grievous, oppressive life and how to smile. They have learned how to celebrate their own festivals.

When we lost in life

Hey, Do you ever think of something that is the reason of your breakdown. I mean it could be break up in relationship or failing in exam etc. We know ups and downs comes in life. Some people moves on but some can’t. But the point is when the breakdown happens , we lost in life so much that we could not see of any positive hopes.
So, how can we move on and get back on the track? I know it’s difficult. But it’s not impossible. You know, the phrase Impossible has I’m possible.
I knew a friend. He was so messed up because he is failing to hold his relationship. He wanted to move on. But he couldn’t. He came to me and asked me what he can do that bring back his girlfriend. I said to him to move on. I mean it’s hard. But it’s not that difficult. People say move on. But how can a person will do that? The answer is Work. Yes you heard it right. The work can change everything. Be so busy that you don’t have time to be sad.
Here I’m sharing some suggestions that helps my friend to get his life on track.
• At least Meditate 5 mins daily and exercise regularly

I know we are impatient. But come on! we can give at least 5 mins to us that helps us not only giving us peace but enhance our inner beauty. Meditation calm our mind. And exercise boost us from the core. Both exercise and meditation helps us to fight our emotional disturbance. People have become so strong that he or she can handle any kind of emotions.
• Keep a journal.

Write about how you are feeling. Jot down your angers, sadness, difficulties everything.
• Go for walk

Go for your favorite destination. It could be your most favorite place or venue. Click beautiful pictures. Describe them in beautiful words. Find out new places.
• Talk to a trustable friend

We human can’t live alone. We need someone to help out from our difficulties. You have to find someone who are always there for you. Don’t tell about any of your secrets or problems to such a person who might make fun about your life. Find a trustable friend. It can be your friend or can be you mother or any admirer or any teacher. Don’t shy to confide anything.

Lastly have a goal or aim. Without goal life can be distracted. Work on your goals. Implement your aims into reality. Take small steps. Do not make big aim. Make small goals. Once you achievr them you will feel good from insight. Take a break from social media. I’ m very much sure you will get back on the track like a pro. Prove those negative people and prove yourself as well as that you are not gonna give up. Whenever life hits you, you will rise again and again.
